My 2013 Tacoma V6 Pre-runner, came with two speed wipers, didn't even notice until I got home, Tried to convert to variable by purchasing part # (84652-02710) the part didn't mount the same as the two speed wiper part.
Returned part, any help out their ? In south Louisiana it rains a lot, variable wipers are a must.

    Update 1/14/09:
There is a new part number for 2009 which caused questions about if this works on the new trucks. With the help of the fantastic TW community we finally have the answer.

The "old" 05-08 intermittent wiper stalk part# 84652-04141 works on the 09 truck.

The new 09 intermittent wiper stalk part# 84652-02610 works but the intermittent speeds are backward from what would be expected.**

Until Toyota corrects the new part I would suggest ordering the 05-08 part if it's still available.

......got this from another thread. not sure if itll work with the 2013

I just put in an intermittent wiper stalk in my 2014, part# 84652-02710. Works fine, the fat part of the line is fastest speed.

I think Toyota has changed that in all of their vehicles. It's short part fastest in my parent's 2007 Prius and fat part fastest in my gf's 2010 Prius.

YUP, it's pn 84652-02710. Put in my 2013 access cab when I bought it last year. Couldn't believe Toyota was nickel diming the consumer on this. I paid 117.87 with a service shop discount, the list was 154.32. So this part probably cost Toyota 30 bucks and they leave it out of trucks with 30,000 msrp. NOT GOOD !
