New passenger weather stripping is in and I drove 40 miles into the 20+ mph winds at 73-78 mph and NO MORE WHISTLING NOISE.

I am happy that I don't have to replace the Wiwindshiel seal. Good luck.

I "fixed" the grill thing myself and still have the WHISTLING NOISE. Dealer replaced passenger weather stripping and no more noise. Hope it stays that way.

the dealer taped up the windshield and it still did it ,then taped up the doors ,and sounds still there. They put 60 miles on my truck trying to figure it out.I have to take it back and they are going to keep it and give me a loaner.I'm leaning towards the doors are the culprit but hell IDK.I'm going to do the grille fix just in case

We'll just met with the regional Toyota tech.
As a courteous favor they are putting new weather stripping on both front doors. He said they are aware of the problem and sending report to Toyota and inspect the stripping.well update they ordered wrong weatherstrips. Another 60 mile round trip
