I have some black LED tail lights for sail as well as a few misc items:

Tail lights ($100) (one of the mounting tabs broke off but can easily be fixed with liquid nails or something)
5 lug U-bolts ($20)
5 lug OEM rear shocks ($25)
OEM tool kit ($20)
5 lug Owners Manual (free)
6 tie down cleats ($25)
cargo net ($5)

or $150 for everything.

not sure how big it is off the top of my head but it's more than big enough to cover the bed when not stretched. I'll measure it when i get home.
