    2003 Std Cab 2.7L 4x4 & 2024 Off Road
Bilstein 5100s, Deaver Leaf Springs, JBA UCAs on 2003 King 2.5 shocks front and rear on Off Road
Just rebuilt my whole front end and it seems as though it is bottoming out, even going over a speed bump at a mere 8mph!
Its like the whole front end is crashing upon itself as if something were terribly loose.

I did not buy any cheap parts:
    Bilstein 5100s
    OME 2881 coils
1/2" spacer above strut on driver's side, 1/4" on passenger.
    New upper control arms
New rubber bushings on lower control arms
    Toyota OEM Upper Ball joints
    Toyota OEM Lower Ball joints
    New tie rods
New stabilizer bar links and bushings (Energy Suspension)
    New steering rack bushings (ditto)
New CV boots and steering rack boots

Sure looks good, everything is tight.
I had the work done at a friends garage.
The mechanic claims everything is tight.
Just frustrated after spending $1500 and not having it right.
Have not paid for all the labor yet...

Figured out what is going wrong.
I put 1/2" spacer on top of the left coil-over and a 1/4" on the right.

Well sure enough the Upper Ball Joint spindle is hitting the spring on both sides, but more on the left.
The spacers actually raised the front end an inch more than it was with the original AllPro coil-overs I took off.
Its apparent that my stock UCAs cannot deal with the length of these shocks :(
