Bilstein 5100s, Deaver Leaf Springs, JBA UCAs on 2003 King 2.5 shocks front and rear on Off Road
I just put new coil overs on my 2003 4x and am getting a loud noise in my front end when I go over even medium bumps.

Bilstein 5100 w/ OME 881 springs, shocks on bottom setting.

I put a 1/2" spacer above the new coil overs on the driver side (Lt) and 1/4" on the passenger (Rt).
Overall its about an inch higher now from the 2-2.5" I had before with the old All Pro coil overs. I was planning that the springs would sag down .5-1" so I added spacers.
But I now can see that the springs are hitting the spindle at the upper ball joint. Moreso on the Lt side than the Rt. :(

With 1/4" spacer on the Rt side the spring still hits the spindle I guess I can assume that this setup will not take any spacing... no?
