    Hi All,

    I just joined this forum after using it for the last several weeks. I wanted to thank all forum members for the great posts.

    Mods: Fixed temp/compass, Wired in aux cable.

    Learned: I have a blown head gasket.

    I bought a 2005 TRD Double Cab, and the check engine light came on, misfire #4. Hoped it wasn't the dreaded head gasket, but it is. I changed the plugs, switched #4 coil pack and #1, to no avail.
    I live in Encinitas California (San Diego County), I know a shop that does very good work, and he'll fix the head gasket for $800, so I'm taking it in Monday.

    Hey All, thanks for all the great post, I feel like I owe money for all the good info I learned.

    Sorry about your head gasket but I feel your pain. My engine in my 08' needs to get swapped out.
