OK: 2005 Bed side Panels, tailgate and tail lights

First off these parts are damaged so keep that in mind when looking. These parts can be fixed by a good auto body shop. Parts came off a 2005 trd off road access cab 6ft bed.

Tailgate is damaged in the lower driver side corner. The bedside panels have rust in various places, the driver side panel is dented in one area. These parts were tempted to be fixed in the past by previous owner but did not do a good job fixing it.

Asking 175 obo each for the 6ft bed side panels
Asking 200 obo for the tailgate
