I am about to pull the trigger on some UCA's to avoid any alignment issues when I crank up my camburg coils. Only going to about 2 inch's, I know I probably don't need them. Anyways do UCA's change the ride or handling at all?
IE stiffer up front or tighter steering?

    Ride; no.
Handling; yes. They add castor back in that your lift took away. Not enough castor feels loose; too much feels tight. Whether or not you needed the added castor is dependent on your particular set-up and personnel preferences.

Id jack it up and try to align it. in most cases they aren't needed for 2" of lift so you should be OK.
