So I currently have a set of 4 polk audio db571's i just installed throughout my '03 extended cab and I hooked them up to a Kenwood KAC8405 with a Kenwood KDC-BT952HD Deck....The Amp is actually pretty big for under the drivers side seat and I was wondering if getting an Alpine MRV-F300 would work with my speakers and head unit...I dont really know how to compare amps and pair them with speakers so I'm turning to you guys! The Alpine is 8x8 which is nice because it can hide well under the seat.

Here's some info on the speakers, deck and both amps!

    KENWOOD KAC 8405 AMP
    4-channel car amplifier
    60 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms (90 watts x 4 at 2 ohms)
180 watts RMS x 2 bridged output at 4 ohms (4 ohm stable in bridged mode)
    2-, 3-, and 4-channel operation
variable high- and low-pass filters (50-200 Hz, 12 dB per octave)
variable bass boost (0-18 dB at 40 Hz)
    dual cooling fans
    MOSFET power supply
speaker-level inputs with signal sensing turn-on
    preamp inputs
    fuse rating: 30A x 2
8-gauge power and ground leads recommended — wiring and hardware not included with amplifier
    11"W x 2-3/8"H x 9-1/2"D

    ALPINE MRV-F300
    4-channel car amplifier
    50 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms (75 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms)
150 watts RMS x 2 bridged output at 4 ohms (4-ohm stable in bridged mode)
    variable high- and low-pass filters (50-400 Hz, 12 dB/octave)
selectable bass boost (+12 dB at 50 Hz) on channels 3 & 4
    MOSFET power supply
    preamp and speaker-level inputs
Remote Sensing automatic turn-on when using speaker-level inputs
    gold-plated screw terminals
    fuse rating: 40A x 1
8-gauge power and ground leads recommended — wiring and hardware not included with amplifier
    8-1/4"W x 2-3/16"H x 7-15/16"D

    POLK AUDIO DB571 SPEAKERS
2-way car speakers (pair) for 5"x7" and 6"x8" openings

    Neodymium tweeter magnet
    Kapton voice coil
    built-in 2-way crossover network
stainless steel mounting hardware (certified for marine use)
power range: 6-60 watts RMS (180 watts peak power)
    frequency response: 52-22,000 Hz
    sensitivity: 93 dB
    top-mount depth: 1-3/4"

Yes, the Alpine will work fine. It's a little down on power compared to the Kenwood, but really shouldn't be noticeable. Make sure you match the fuse on the power lead from the battery to the new Alpine, I think it's 60Amps, and tune the amp with a DMM to prevent clipping at high volume.

You might. It all depends on the size of it currently. I just read through the manual online, and it looks like the Alpine takes a 40Amp fuse on the battery lead closest to the battery. Not sure what size fuse it is, ANL or MiniANL, a pic would be good, and I can point you in the direction of a shop to pick one up, or you could ask at the shop you buy the Alpine Amp.

Hard to tell from that pic, but it's probably a 60Amp fuse. You'll be okay with it in there, as the Alpine has it's own 40Amp fuse too. If you want to be fussy, you could change out that fuse for a 40Amp as well, just to be safer, but it's not necessary. You should be fine with the Alpine amp.

*edit* I just looked up the Kenwood amp manual, and in there, it's two 30Amp, or at the fuse you took a pic of, a 60Amp fuse. You'll be fine, but like I said, if you want to be fussy, get a 40Amp fuse. And that looks like a AGU glass fuse, fyi.

Hmm, I could stop by the store tonight and change it out... is the smaller the amp the more power? Thanks for the advice!

No. It's the type of amp. The Kenwood is a type A/B amp, and those take more power than the Alpine, which is a type D. Biggest difference is that the D amps can make similar or more power in a smaller chassis. There's electrical differences, but that's the basics.

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
The Alpine will push your speakers just fine. If you really want to hide an amp there is also the Alpine Power Pack KTP-445U too and that could be stash inside the dash or glove box.
