    ya im pretty sure its the rotors. not to spendy to replace and you can do it your self pretty easily

    Nope, definitely not normal. When I bought my truck it was smooth at all speeds (well, up to 80 at any rate). I had tires rotated at 4200 miles and picked up a steering wheel shimmy at 67mph immediately thereafter. Took TWO TRIPS back to the dealer to get it finally balanced right...
