I have a 2001 double cab tacoma and I'm looking at putting on a 3" lift and getting bigger wheels and tires. I'm looking at the goodyear wrangler duratracs in either a 275/70/18 or a 285/70/17. The wheels I'm looking at are the helo maxx in 18" and 17" depending on which size I go with. Both size rims have a -12mm offset. I would like some feedback from anyone that has these rims or tires on there taco or about which tires would fit and look the best. Any rubbing issues or anything I might need to know!

    Thanks!

    Check the TTORA Garage Section....
    My DuraTRACs are 285/75-r16
    33" in height.
The wheels are FZJ80s, 16" wheels.
No rubbing issues... But I do have a 1" BL with my donahoes suspension.

If you have a lift you should be able to fit without rubbing. Also depends on your rims BS, just do your research on that and you should be good. Pinch weld mod as well

    Bone stock. For now.
I just put 285/75/16's on my '03 DC with the ToyTec/Billy 3" lift. Minor rubbing at stuff when turning. You should be fine.
