    They are coil overs so you can preload them to whatever lift you want.

    Yes, they are coilover springs(not tappered endded lift coils or oem replacement style) that fit over coilover shocks to which you can adjust the preload giving you ride height/rate you desire. These are not 1st gen/ 2nd gen oem replacement lift coils they fit over coil over shocks like king fox etc... New they are $127 each not a pair. New these would cost you $254 + tax and shipping.     These came off my 1998 5 lug tacoma with fox coil overs.
