I'm seriously considering these as my next set (LT265/75/16 Load Range C) for my 2011 TRD DCSB (stock suspension).

Haven't seen many mid to long term reports/reviews on the Wheels & Tires forum on how the newest version of these tires are holding up.

    Anyone care to chime in?

I have 23k on mine. I am terrible at rotating, so they went about 15k on the last rotation. They got rough and loud, they are smoothing back out now. They are at least half tread still. For an AT they are a good tire. I would probably buy them again if I weren't going to an MT.

Mine are not the "extreme". I thought I read somewhere the extreme was just a difference in sidewall pattern.

    Yup. Same pattern, just "thicker."

Same basic shit everybody else had 5 years ago.
I've got about a 1,000 miles on my 285/75r16's and love them. I went from a 265 MTR with Kevlar so these are like riding on silk after that.
