Im planning on buying a new instrument cluster for my truck the ebay seller says that its coming off a 1998 toyota tacoma, Its in amazing condition and I made a offer for $100 and he accpeted the offer but I was wondering if I would have to get it programmed or not if I get a new one and if so how would I go about getting it programmed ?
