I am gonna have to make a meal plan to stick with every week.. My metabolism has gone down a lot from where it used to be but I've been debating on getting back on a thermogenic (I was on one before and could eat 10k calories a day and not gain any weight) although I worked out a lot smarter then as well.

What I plan to do is this summer sit down and make a weekly meal plan (6 days with 1 cheat/eat out day) and a workout and stick to it for the entire summer to see my results.

Dafuq is grss fed butter/coconut oil and where do I get it? I love coffee, but think decaf is for pussy cats. I like it like my women: black and thick  (joking)

Do you still put milk/sugar in it?

 That's exactly what I had to do, too. Before then, I always under-ate or over-ate a bunch of really bad stuff. I just like having a set list I know I need to eat every day. Getting it 100% dialed in is a huge pain (I just re-did mine yesterday and it took about an hour), but it's well worth it

If I dont set a plan (like I dont have one now) I just eat whatever looks good.. Fucking went to Walmart yesterday and bought a whole bag of animal crackers because I havent had them in forever :anonymous: regret that decision today which is why I need to just set a meal and snack plan and stick to it. I figure if I can make it 30 days with that plan it will stick and should become a habit.

I'll have to start next Friday right after my classes on my plan. I would right now but I'm leaving this house for the summer so trying to get rid of what we have instead of wasting the money that we spent on it..

This...all casein has is a fat source (slows absorption) ...have normal protein w/ a fat source (EVOO, PB. Almond butter, coconut oil, fish oils, etc) and you've just saved $50+

After reading this article, I have a question. Last protien I bought was the ON gold standard, this time I bought the MP combat since it was a blend. I always mix my protein with a good amount of skim milk. I see that milk has casein in it or is considered casein. Am I wasting my $$ on the combat and go back to ON or is combat still ok?

Butter produced by cows that were fed a purely grass diet (and not a cheaper grain diet) tastes better and is supposedly better for you. Kerrygold is the brand I personally like...depending on the store, they'll have it in the regular butter section or you'll have to check the deli section where the expensive cheeses are.

Coconut oil is made up of medium chain triglycerides (MCT's) which give you a pretty immediate energy kick. This is the most popular brand of coconut oil: http://www.amazon.com/Nutiva-Organic-Virgin-Coconut-15-Ounce/dp/B001EO5Q64. You can get coconut oil from any vitamin shoppe type store, or cheaper online. Some people eat a tablespoon or two straight up, or cook with it, or put it in their coffee, etc.

Didnt think coming up with a meal plan would be so complicated..

I work in food and I can barely think of 3 dinners let alone 4 meals a day for 6 days..
