Most major jurisdictions have gone with digital radios and there are no scanners available

If you have an iphone, I have an app called 5-0 radio, it's free. I always seem to pick up stuff on it. I'm not sure if they have it on other phones.

    Agreed.
5-0 radio is a great app. Haven't had any problems with it so far.

5-0 Radio is good for mobile, Broadcastify is good for online.

I have a premium account with Broadcastify that allows you to listen to and save archived audio files. Good for me to listen to incidents that I was on to look for ways to improve my radio traffic.

We just recently switched to all Digital. No more scanner app for our Dept.

Was pretty cool when I was off duty and a storm or snow would roll through and listen to all the calls. Not anymore.
