After looking everywhere and searching, I found out that the 1stgeneration Tacoma has no air filter for air conditioner or ( ECU).Well, that means it was blowing dust and dirt all over the cabin. My solution remove glove compartment drawer and you'll see where the air goes in to the ECU blower; find a new piece of nylon air conditioner filter about 6" to cover that hole. There is the filter! When it get dirty just take it out and clean it. I works for me. By the way it wasn't easy to put it there, but it can be done. I use a pencil to stretch it out in there making sure not to block the outside ventilation window movement.

Just an FYI Read that thread. Many had issues with the filter jamming the motor, etc.
