    Okay here goes.....

Well the bloated feeling is her gastric system acclimating to the milk (and possibly other) proteins in MP, this is normal. True lactose intolerance is rare. I can imagine that she doesn't normally eat such high protein foods in her diet, so that's to be expected while her stomach flora (the bacteria that help you digest your food) adjust to the change. Not to mention that protein is naturally a gas inducing macro nutrient, the results of this you can infer. ;)

Have her try making something other than a BORING shake with the protein. I often add it to oats, make mug cakes, protein/nut bars and a whole pleather of other things when eating my protein powder. But on a side note, she does need to be aware of her protein intake, does she track her food? Look into www.MyFitnessPal.com it's easy to use for beginners and pros alike. This Mediterranean thing is a hoax, she may drop weight quickly, but as soon as she noms a cheese burger, she is going to puff up. Sorry

If she wants more permanent results, she needs a more structured eating plan. For every professional you speak to, you're going to get another opinion. I, being a female, find that eating the wholest foods possible, sticking with my calculated macros, and allowing myself a hell fire cheat meal once a week, keeps me fit and sane. Send her this link to IIFYM, do some research and see what she thinks. http://iifym.com/ It is similar to Weight Watchers ideals, where you can eat what you want (within reason), so long as it fits your daily allotted protein, carb and fat in take.

I personally eat MP Combat when I am on the go in the mornings, because it DEFINIATELY tastes better than most proteins on the market and doesn't require much to make it taste great. I do also keep a vegan protein stocked (VeganMax) for lower carb, more slowly digesting proteins mid day. There are many protein rich foods to have available too, it doesn't just come in powdered form! I am a vegetarian and can guarantee that I eat more protein than most people, and much of it ISN'T even from protein powder... Chai, nuts, seeds, spirulina, eggs, cheeses, TVP, fruits and veggies just to name a few...

Finally, the "fat burner" craze is just so silly. If there was a magic pill or drink we could snatch up to drop the BF, we would be a very lean society. Unfortunately we have to work for it. No supplement will give her what she is looking for without hard work. A few key fat burning rules.... 1) watch your BAD fat intake.... ie anything that didn't come straight from a tree or an animal (simple rule). 2) Eat when you're HUNGRY, not 3 squares, not one binge meal, not every two hours.... We are all individual, eat when your body tells you it's hungry! 3) The most important fat burning tool we have, is muscle, so strength training is a must, even for the ladies! She won't get huge or jacked, I swear. I have been an athlete and avid lifter for years and have a very healthy, average body style. The only difference being I have much more strength and stamina than most other females my size!

I hope this helps, it's rough to see women struggle. Today's marketing makes good advice hard to come by.

    Cheers

apple cider vinegar works like magic for me. bragg's is the only brand I use. if you want suggestions on how to take it let me know. it's pretty disgusting so there's an art to taking it

Also, have y'all seen these? My futere mother-in-law bought one from QVC and I tried it and that shit works. I usually eat 6 boiled eggs for breakfast and was getting burnt out on them and tried this. It completely cooked the eggs in the microwave in 3 mins. It's so good, too...just like a scrambled egg.
