Anybody running adjustable Bilstein at 2.5 with a 1/4 top spacer to achieve 3" of lift? If so, how's the ride quality? I'm currently running the a Toytec BK 0510 but those coils are way to stiff. Any information would be appreciated.

Generally stacking lifts is a big no no... Changes the whole geometry of your suspension travel.

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
1/4" shouldn't be an issue to add even on top of 5100's anything higher is a problem. It's just like adding a 1/4" to OME springs and Nitros to get a full 3". Okay and safe to do.
