Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
From what I've read, it looks like the proper ARB locker for a second gen tacoma is an RB129. I've come across a good deal on an RB132 and I can't seem to find out what the difference is. Does anyone know if I can or can not use the RB132 on my v6 2nd gen non e locker?

Nailed it, the sport and off road have diffent size gears, the sport is 8.4 as to where the off road is 8 so getting the right one is important.
