How to update weather/traffic apps

Just bought a 2014 tacoma equipped with a weather app, traffic app, etc. in spokane. soon as i left spokane those mentioned apps stopped working. I live in missoula, mt and thought ok, maybe missoula doesn't have access for these apps to work yet. so i figured i would wait until i drove down to salt lake to see if it would work there and.... no dice. any ideas whats going on?

 

Do you have 'Entune'? If so, there are threads on TN where you can download the latest Entune updates to a pen drive and plug it into your truck. Then just follow the prompts... Here's a link.
