96 Toyota Tacoma sputters & stalls

    1996 Toyota Tacoma
    I have a 96 toyota Tacoma. I recently replaced the spark plugs & for exactly a week my truck ran great. Now the truck sputters & stalls when I come to a complete stop. I would also be able to start the truck without having to step on the clutch. Now I have to step on the clutch in order to start. Is it safe to say that the fuel pump relay or the fuel pump could be the cause?
