Been looking for a beefier set of tires for my Taco, and thinking I want 265/75r16 for the size. Plan on going with Bilstein 5100's. As for tires, I am really liking the ProComp XAT tires appearance. Truck will be used primarily as a daily driver, but I do occasionally get off-road when cutting firewood, and farming hay.

How do they look on a Taco is my main concern, anyone got pics?

Noooooooooooooooo the worst wearing tires I have owned in my life and they need to re balanced constantly because they wear horribly. After 50% tread they turned to complete garbage and had to be rotated and balanced every 2500 miles to keep them tolerable. Basically if anything says ProComp on it run for the hills :/

Good information and glad I asked! That's stinks cause I really like the way they look, but am going to steer clear if they have trouble with them. Too many other good tires out there to buy a crappy set:)

    Thanks guys!

I believe only the newer 2013 + MT2 is made by Maxxis the AT's are still made by PC. Either way regardless of who makes them they are garbage. I still have 30-40% tread left and I basically have to throw them away because they have become unbalanceable. As far as the warranty goes good luck ...they turned me down twice because my truck was lifted and they said I did not rotate them enough, their recommendation is every 2500 miles. I offered to provide my alignment sheets and told them I had purchased Discount Tire's lifetime balance package and could provide a history through Discount Tire...still no luck they said there was no way the tires would wear that bad if they were properly aligned and rotated :/ So, next I tried to get the guys at 4wp to help me and as usual they stand behind nothing they sell and just refer you the manufacturer...even their own products !?

...I even sent them photos of missing and uneven sipes, small bubbles on the edges of sipes etc...
