    vehicle ownership progression:
1: tacoma (build to go fast but still have the ability to crawl) essentially what it is now, but with the new suspension and lockers.
2: daily driver (buy so tacoma can be torn to pieces)
3: crawler (not sure what i'll start with, but odds are it turns into a tube buggy)

goal is to be done building number 3 before my 35th birthday.

so while it would be fun to SAC the tacoma, it has another niche to fill, with a crawler coing into the picture later on

We can fuse trucks into one super truck. Then we both haz lockers and bumper.

Hmmmmm, this might just work! But then we would end up fighting over custody and visitation. I don't see it ending well. I say you just give me your rear locker, you can keep the front locker ad i have nowhere to put it. And we both are happy cause we both get lockers!!!

    As Kyle would say.....Done deal.

It's kinda on the large size, so it will probably live under the passenger seat.

    8" x 6" x 2"

Sounds like a fair trade to me! I'll have to dig them up. I think they're in the same box as my old coils.

    Gracias :D

sounds like a good spot to put it. get or make some rca extensions. the cameras i got have 20' harness extensions with them, but on a 17' long truck, you suck up 20' real quick.

may have found out why the rear diff was leaking. just for shits and grins, I crawled under there after work and put a wrench on the nuts holding the 3rd in the housing. got damn near a hole turn out of two of the nuts, and a half turn out of a few more
guess those nuts will be added to the pre and post wheeling inspection list from now on....

sprayed it all down with brake cleaner, so I can check to see if it's still leaking tomorrow morning. still need to redo the seal regardless, but at least if it's stopped the leaking, I don't have to rush to get to it.

also haven't put in the time to do a post wheeling inspection since the trip. mostly because I haven't had a chance to clean the truck. did a quick once-over while I was laying under there tightening up the diff and found that I was a little harder on my driveshaft than I though. gave it a nice little contour. must have done it perfectly symmetrically though, because there are zero vibrations coming from it. guess i'll toss my spare driveshaft on over the weekend and get this one retubed.
