Put a new Tom woods one peice driveshaft in my lifted 05 double cab today, due to all the shuddering and vibrations, best 480$ ever spent. Fixed all the problems, no more replacing carrier bearings, I ordered it 70 inches log and the four bolts bolts were 2 and 5/8 inches apart.

Idk about what size u joints, but it's the same diameter as the rear driveshaft that goes to the rear differential. I had to cut a little but of that heat shield on the front of the gas tank too but other than that it fit perfect. And I didn't even notice my buddy in the corner lol

was it 2 5/8" diagonal and horizontal and vertical? I am in the process of ordering one and he is requesting the dimensions shown on his diagram being diagonal, horizontal, and vertical. Thanks.

Arb front bumper, warn winch, All Pro rear bumper, OME up front, OME and All Pro Standard in Back, ARB locker, 34 x 10.5 KO2's, 17" Level 8 Trackers, and fancy single piece driveshaft.
I just had mine off a week ago and measured it. Even though the flange on the driveshaft is rectangular, the hole pattern forms a square, with each hole 2 5/8 apart. I don't know the diagonal measurement, but you can figure it out if you can still remember high school geometry. Something about a hypotenuse, but I can't remember any more. The rectangular flange make the holes on the long side look farther apart, but they aren't. My driveshaft is not a Tom Woods. It is made from 3.5" tubing. The first shop did not do a good job building it, but now that it's been rebuilt by a better shop, it's nice and smooth.

i was quoted roughly 450$ for a rebuild, and i know i would still have take-off shudder. TW 1 piece with double cardan is 489$ and i wouldn't have take off shudder. Im absolutaly sick of the shudder, and the sh*tty slip yokes on the stock 2 piece. Thank you for the dimensions clarification.
