On their website they advertise their "Get Inspired" packages...They have a deal going for Tacomas that includes a 2.25 inch lift, a set of 285/75/18's and some pretty sick looking wheels to match, all for $2300.

I was just wondering if anybody had purchased this package, or one similar?

Also, I don't think the $2300 includes labor. So I'm curious what they would charge for the labor of installing their "Get Inspired" package?

That place doesn't have the best reputation on this site. Sounds like most of that money is wheels/tires and is probably just a spacer lift.

I wouldn't buy a lug nut from 4WP. Nor would I trust them to install it correctly. I hate that store.

A lot of people have had bad experiences with their customer service. I personally sent 3 emails requesting a center cap for a pro-comp wheel with zero responses...

That is ironic...I have had wonderful experience with 4WP....I have bought a lot of things from them too. Even had my ARB sent damaged, got it returned and a new one within a weeks time. They have great deals and normally ship very fast. As for asking them questions about parts or getting them to install anything, that is a different story. But to just buy stuff from them? I wouldn't hesitate for a second!

I have used the one in Raleigh for I'd say 10 purchases and have had great experiences with them. And that's just for my tacoma. Maybe I'm a lucky one.

I to have nothing but good things to say about our local 4WP store.

I guess it depends on management..

My YJ was built and owned by the manager of the store.. I did not know that when I bought it, as I don't know the fella..

Well most of you guys are confirming what I already suspected...Horrible customer service. I went in to their local store to inquire about some $150 nerf bars and they made me feel like what I was inquiring about about wasnt really worth their time and energy. I bought them anyway, but I remember leaving and thinking "wow that guy was a douche"

Yeah maybe the guy that helped me was just having a bad day...we all have them every once in a while.
