Had the squeaky springs from day 1 in 2009. Multiple attempts by dealer to repair or mitigate to no avail. The rear left leaf spring has finally now broken. Now my only option is a new set of leafs at $1700.
Despite having purchased the extended warranty, my access is mileaged out with over 100,000 miles. A direct call to Toyota resulted in no help at all. Despite the multiple attempts to repair by my dealer along the way, Toyota replied there is nothing they can or will do.
Needless to say, I'll never buy another Toyota again.

Uh, ok. New leaf packs can be had for around $500 dollars from Wheelers Offroad.
