Alright this might sound crazy and a easy fix but I don't know and this is why I'm here trying to get some help.

Alright during an install of my new PIAA 580's the kit comes with a one time splicer type thing well needless to say it didn't work and ended up breaking. I was running the switch power wire to the right low beam headlight wire. I tried just splicing the wires together and nope that didn't work so I decided to go get a butt crimp and splice the wires that way and still my low beams don't work or the PIAA...So I disconnected the whole wire system for the PIAA and spliced and crimped my low beam wire back together and they still don't work. I checked the fuze and it's good. I don't want to spend a butt ton of money..is there any other way I can go around getting my low beams back and maybe the PIAA lights to work?

double check your fuses there is one for each low beam and high beam four total also if wiring is this confusing for you then I recommend getting help

I checked the fuses and couldn't find a low beam one so I checked the manual and my model doesn't have one. So I spliced the wire the best I could and still didn't work. Well tonight leaving a soccer game they worked. Confused a little I stopped jiggled the wire pretty good and they still work. Turned them off and on and off and they still work. Weird stuff going on underneath my hood.

Take two, I re-installed my wiring for my off road lights, this time I spliced the switch wire into a parking light wire and all my lights work but the switch for my off road lights don't light up and also my off road lights still don't work. I just don't get it. Only thing this time I can think of is maybe I spliced it into the ground wire but I did my best to figure out which was which and I came to the conclusion that the white wire with a black line on it was positive and the green was the ground?

Do you have all of this running through a 12v relay I hope? If you are trying to run power straight off of the the parking light wire you will blow your fuses out for sure for the parking lights. Or else the wire will melt and you'll find yourself with a nice fire probably at the switch. The switch should be on a constant ignition 12+. See Below. If all else fails shoot me a pm and I can walk you through it all.

30 and 87 create the switch to your lights. By default this switch is open, so current cannot get from the battery to your lights.

30 - is your power source for your light. It connects to the positive (+) side of your battery or to a switched power source that only gets power when your ignition is on.

87 - goes to the positive side of your lights.

85 and 86 use electrical current to create a magnetic force, which then closes the 30 to 87 switch and allows the electricity to flow to your lights. Without this current, no magnetic force is created, so the 30 to 87 switch stays open, and your lights stay off.

85 - connect to the power source that you want controlling the switch. For example you could splice a wire off your high beam wire or off your backup light wire

    86 - connect to a ground.

Your truck, as other 1st gens, operate your low beams by switching on the ground. Because of this, and the way the high beam indicator works, trying to splice into the ground control wire will cause neither light to work. What happens is when you have your headlights off, the relay that you are using to control the PIAA lights is trying to energize, by pulling ground through the high beam side of the circuit. Since the relay can't get a solid ground due to the internal resistance of the high beam bulb, the relay will not energize. When you turn on the headlights, the dimmer switch grounds the low beam circuit for the low beam. Since the high beam is in parallel, and not grounded, the low beam is energized. The problem comes when you connect anything into the low beam control side. The additional load in parallel seems to wreck havoc on the low beam circuit trying to operate the low beam. Lower resistance on the relay control wire results in little, or no low beam operation. The only way I have seen a ground control work on the headlights for a 1st gen is using a solid state transistor to control a relay.

Someone else may have had success with something else though.

You can, if you are careful, power the relay off the headlight relay, but it will have your PIAA lights work on high OR low beam.

LMAO. You were fine. I was actually typing all of my stuff while you answered I guess. Either way I think we both gave enough info.
