Today coming home from work 20 miles through Mobile Alabama stop and go traffic.... no problems. I stopped at the store for 10 minutes and my truck wouldn't start. It cranked over and over but no fire. Having a 1/4 tank...I continued to try and turn it over and succeeded after the fifteenth try... sounded good. Like a knuckle head I turned it off and tried again thinking maybe vapor lock or bad fuel. Nothing.... after checking underneath and checking two fuel lines near the engine. I found the rt(white strain relief)fuel line dry and the left(black strain relief) fuel line had a little pressure with fuel. I took a syringe and injected the dry line with a little fuel and reattached. It started. I drove it to the mechanic and left it there for the morning troubleshooting.

:confused:Thanks for the diagrams. It explains the two tubes but without a tester.... leaving it to the pros. It looks like there may be other likely components possibly bad..it ran good to the mechanics shop where I left it. Meanwhile I guess I will study the diagrams. Fuel pump is 500+...wholly crap!
