    Did i read right, no EZ down for 12-14 trucks? May i ask what changed that they don't work?

    Used a can of degreaser on it the other day. Still need to actually hand wash it to get it really clean again though haha

    Just purchased and installed the EZ down for the tailgate. Love that thing!! Even my girlfriend that it was cool! My Yellow Lab Cooper thought it was cool! This is a great idea and an easy mod for around $50. Now I never have to worry about the tailgate slamming down when I open it. I actually opened and closed it 15 times because it was....cool!

    One question to (OP): how long does it take for the cable to figure out where it is supposed to rest to shut the gate without moving it by hand??

    Just look at where it needs to be, then while holding the tailgate open just a bit, pre-bend the cable to the position it needs to be in. Over time it will learn. You can also get some small rubber tubing and then slit and wrap it over the cable in certain areas, then zip tying it in place...

    is the ezdown tailgate available for the 2013 models? was looking at your website and only said 05-11. isnt the rear of the truck the same? i thought the only thing that changed with the 12+ models were the front and the interior

    Not sure what has changed, we didn't design the ezdown... But there is something different after 2011 that keeps them from working correctly or consistently...
