The only mods that will really make a difference in power are either new gears or a supercharger

good advice. thank you. what about drive shaft shudder? took it to a local shop and they seem to think the drive shaft is extended too far. the slip only has about an inch or less inside the shaft. should i add on to my current driveshaft or junk the two piece setup and convert to a solid one piece?

i have installed a new carrier bearing a few days ago and built shims out of stainless to drop the carrier bearing down 2 1/2 inches. it fixed the severe shudder but it still has a little during take off up to 30 mph and then around 65-75 mph it starts back up again.

Do you have blocks in the rear? A new leaf pack usually fixes vibes I believe. You'd have to go with an expensive pack such as custom Alcans

yes it has blocks in the rear from the pro comp lift kit i believe. the shop i took it to hear locally told me the drive shaft was extended too far. he took some chalk with it on blocks and ran it on the driveshaft while it was spinning. the chalkline was not straight. im wondering if there isnt enough splines inside the shaft with it being extended to make it run straight and true?
