my 5 day old '14 taco got backed into.. fix it?

    Check and see if your state has a "Diminished Value Law" sounds like a perfect case. Most insurance company's will deny the existence of this, but it's a state to state thing. Texas has it. The price of the repair + a Diminished Value compensation, ought to get you a very nice after market bumper.

    going to crawl under and give everything a once over again when i get home today but so far planning on just taking the check

    only thing that needs 'fixing' is the plastic square nut piece that the bumper bolt goes into needs replacing... any recommendation on how/where to get one? id imagine dealership will sell me one for $10 or something stupid, or maybe a common parts store replacement? maybe i can put a big ol washer and reuse the plastic nut...

    also does toyota sell the plastic overfender piece painted? the repair shop indicated they might, and if so i'll probably buy one of those
