So after searching around the old interwebs and coming up empty handed I figured I would just ask you guys...

2014 4x4 Ext Cab Taco with that bed rail system(tie down points)

I want a roll up cover for the bed that will fit and still allow me to use the tiedowns so I can haul motorcycles

which soft top (tonneau, is that how you spell it) do i buy?

Access tonneau covers are great and priced quite nicely.

Installed the access limited two weekends ago ( allows you use factory rail system which I wanted). Paid $385. Took about an hour. Pretty easy if you don't have two left hands.

I'm happy with it so far. Tight as a drum. Rolls up nice and easy, and has two clips to secure. Can still see out the back when its rollup.

I did way too much research on a cover. I bought the access limited for two reasons. It rolls up and it was relatively affordable compared to other brands out there.

I have an Access Vanish roll up cover and love it!

Alright, I'll check those out, I've always had trucks with roll up soft tops but this is the first time I have to be concerned with the rail system and how the top mounts

Truxedo Lo-Pro QT. Hands down the best. More expensive than Access, but much nicer. I've owned two now, one on a Tundra and one on my Tacoma. Excellent quality. $499.

I am very happy with my access limited. I bought it from a link I found on this site. Can't find it, but it was definitely the best deal.

Here is the link from Truckalterations.com for their ToyotaNation and TacomaWorld discount on the Access covers. They are around $100 cheaper than on Autoanything.com. I think the Literider and the Limted models allow for use of the bed rail tie-down system. You can email them to be sure, or check around on here, there are multiple threads about them.

Here is a thread with a picture of the Access Literider, I like how it sits flat, allows use of the tie-downs, and the cross members roll up with the cover. Happy hunting!

I have an Access something or other (Low Pro, maybe?) and am quite happy with it. Put it on my 06, then took it off when I sold it and is now on my '14. Even managed to make it work with a ladder/canoe rack system.
