Just to let everybody know State Farm sucks they will only pay for salvage yard "recycled" parts. Where you gonna find a good recycled leaf spring for a Tacoma ? I'm insurance shopping, what insurance company's treats there policy holders correctly ?

Busted CV boots and lots of squeaks.
I wrecked my tailgate and rear bumper, and they were replaced with new Toyota parts.
    I also have State Farm.

Yeah... I've had State Farm for over 20 years, they've always replaced stuff brand new. If your agent is being a tool about it call the corporate line and complain.

    Yeah.
I have been with State Farm for 20+ years and have had good experiences.

Keep in mind that they can use Like Kind & Quality parts. Not necessarily junk parts, but used parts on an 8 year old vehicle is reasonable.

Im with USAA. I got with them as soon as I got out of the military. No one is better. They answer immediatley for any reason I call and every time I do call I save money somehow.
I have everything with them, banking, trading account, home and vehicle insurance, loans, everything.
If your a vet or the kid of a vet you qualify. I recommend them HIGHLY, out of 5 stars they are a 7.
Oh, and those fucking $3 atm fees.....you dont pay them.

The drunk driver that t - boned my tacoma was covered by state farm and they took 100% of the responsibility for the repairs and rental. All new parts genuine toyota parts used and their customer service was great during the entire claim process.

I've had State Farm for over 30 years now have always been good until now. My truck was hit by my neighbor bent my left rear axle, leaf spring, twisted the frame at the rear attachment. they want to straighten the frame, put a recycled axle ( no new bearing) and a recycled leaf spring. The truck was parallel parked in front of my house when hit. I had just put 4 new bfg's tires on three months ago the right side tires jumped the curb putting massive scuff marks across the sidewalls they would not replace the tires. I'll be checking into USAA.

Spoke to my body shop they told me State Farm has implemented a lot of changes in the last six months, don't say you weren't warned!
