I have a silver 07 tacoma prerunner trd double cab - long bed that is a blank page, nothing done to it because it was my fathers and he is selling it to me. I want some BFGs and a 3in or 6 in lift to take in the woods for deer hunting. It wont be a throw around truck as i take care of my vehicles but it will be put out into the wilderness, no mudding unless its in the road. I like the look of the mud tires but doubt they will be useful to me. I dont know anything about tires or lifts so helps guys! Thanks.
Btw this is exactly what it looks like[IMG]

OP - Your best bet would be some aggressive A/T tires. Stick with a load range C or D. And don't be afraid to air down the rear when on back roads. If you don't already have the factory rear locker, then look into installing a locker. After that some minor suspension upgrades, and learning how to use the throttle properly in sticky situations. A come-a-long and recovery strap would be good to keep in the vehicle just in case.

Well, like i said its mainly for looks. I dont need a 4x4 or go through mud pits.
