Might be dumb but I installed a cover on my headrest and it only seems fully locked in the highest position. Passenger side seems the same with no cover. Is this part of the active headrest?
    Thanks

First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
I have an 07 access cab and the bucket seat headrests have three (maybe 4) adjustment "clicks". My wife is considerably smaller then me so we always are adjusting ours. Also, I have seat covers with little headrest "booties".

So, I think something is wrong with yours???

It goes into the three positions but when on the lowest you can move it up with out pressing anything . Seems like that's what the manual says to do.

Oh. Yeah, we don't have to push anything to pull it up. But do to push it back down.
