If I put my bilstein 5100s on 2.5 setting and put a 1 inch rear block should I b able to fit 33s or 285s since they r the same size with no rubbing issues my truck is an access cab

You are probably going to want to raise the back up more than an inch if you set your 5100s at 2.5. I set my 5100s at 1.75 and am planning on putting one inch blocks in the back. As it sits now with out blocks, the front sits a little over 1/2 inch higher than the rear.

3" lift Freedom Off-road adjustable coilovers 5100’s out back with AAL TRD Pro wheels w/ 285.75.16 KO2’s Freedom Off-road UCA’s 4xInnovations front bumper (on order!)
Yeah you should be good to fit 33's or 285's. Thing that matters most is wheel specs, what are they? Also most people that go to 33's have to trim a little especially with 285's, since they are a little wider than stock 265's. Trimming will be minor if your only street driving. If you flex the suspension the probably gonna need a lot more trimming/ big hammer

i have a ranchhand brushguard on my truck with the 5100s set at 1.75 and it sits perfectly level now so i think 1 inch block would keep me level
i am not sure what tires im getting yet right now i have stock rims so it would b 285/70/r16 if iget aftermarket rims they will be 17x9 rims
