location? have you tested the 4x4? Any service maintenance paperwork?

 

Yes the 4x4 works just as it should...no problems there.

Truck is located in Eastern Pa in a town called Easton.

There aren't service records as the truck was worked on by my uncles mechanic. I can have him speak to anyone who comes to look at the truck though. It was well taken care of...

 

So there is nO paperwork, AnY receipts from 250k miles?? I would be interested, but I'd like some papers to look at for reference on the maintenance history, or the life of the truck in general. I would take his word for it, but I don't trust people when buying a used vehicle, or in conversation either usually. Sorry. What does the Vin check say when you run it?? Just curious if it's a blank...

 

Yea there are no papers for service records but it was regularly maintained...I know taking someone's word for it is bold but there's not much else I can do. Personally, it drives great and I haven't experienced any problems.

You could come test drive it to check too. It's a steal for this price and condition.

Also the carfax is clean, no accidents.

 

That is a good price. That's what caught my eye. Double cab 4x4 is in my near future and either way as long as it was maintained it will somewhat show while a prospective buyer test drives and checks it out. Good luck with the sale. May be a little far for me but nice truck none the less.

 

What better way to test drive than pay OP 1/2 upfront. He drives it to you and it's not making all kinds of weird noises or acting crazy you pay the other half op catches a bus home

 

Thank you! It is priced to go (my uncle used to DD this but now has a LX570 so $$ isn't much of an issue for him anymore)...someone will luck out with this thing.

Not a bad idea but I actually have like 6 emails from a bunch of people who are interested in this truck from all the places Ive posted the ad (although at least half are probably fake/scams).

Id much rather have someone who is local come pick it up, so they can drive it on the spot and just see for themselves there and then.
