Has anyone ever installed an aftermarket oil pressure guage? Im looking for the underhood location to install the sender. Does one exist (at least in a reasonably easy to access location)?

I've seen some people use the sensor port by the base of the oil filter. I'm not sure what that sensor is used for? Or you can buy an oil filter base plate that has the additional ports in them, from Ebay, or Summit.
