Remove the pads and rough them up with a file and spray some "ANTI CHATTER" paint on the backs before re installing them. Or, even better, just replace the pads. Make sure that the squeak isn't caused by the pads being so worn down that it's the brake clips doing the squeaking. Either way, I'd just swap them out.

Remove caliper and pads and while your at it clean and lube slide pins with silicon paste, check your rotor for hotspots, scoring, warpage, thickness use a dial indicator and micrometer if need be.
Deglaze rotor with emery cloth if glazed.
Replace rotor if worn below minimum thickness.
Ensure Caliper pistons move freely in and out.
If pads are worn replace with quality pads do not skimp on pads.

I only use Bendix pads and have never had a customer come back in 25years with problems.

My '13 has done this since about 5K miles so I don't think it's from worn components. I'll have the dealer take a look at it sometime soon.

There are lots of threads about this. Dealer cleans up brakes... squeak goes away.... squeak comes back....rinse/repeat.

There was a TSB for the squeaky rear brakes for the 2012. I had to argue to get it a little but in the end they replaced all of the rear brakes for free...
