Wheel offset, backspace and size question

First off, if these questions have already been answered, I apologize for repeating them. I tried my best to find the answers. Anyways... I'm looking at running Fuel Octane's on a 4" Maxtrac spindle lift. I like the look of the deep dish wheels, so I'm just curious if I can run these wheels in an 18 with 4.5" backspacing. And, if I'm looking for a "deep dish" wheel, would I be looking for negative or positive offset?
