Anyone add rear bumper lights connected to backup lights?

I've seen these on bigger full sized trucks, sure would be nice backing up or loading a trailer. My thoughts are to add low profile LED lights in the spare holes in the bottom of the rear bumper, add a relay and power them from the 12V wire to the 7 pin connector.

Anyone have any pictures of lights mounted?

 

I have two small 55watt backup lights under the bumper. I just tapped into the reverse lights. Has worked for three years. CIMG7653.jpg CIMG7654.jpg

 

Think the hitch is the lowest part in the rear. That would be the place I would mount to

 

I have a set-up similar to Boomer's, but I ran them to a relay behind the tail light and a switch in the dash. That much light isn't needed every time I back-up and really annoys people when you're just in a parking lot.

I've seen the white night style lights and didn't care for the look of them.

 

I have a set wired to the backup lights. Had them on there for about 6 years with no issues.
