I have a leveled 2011 TRD 4wd I put new wheels on (same tires) and have a shake ever since. I have replaced the front wheel bearings and it is much less. But there is still a shake or vibration at about 60mph to 75mph any ideas? I have heard different items to check (diff, Drive shaft, ect)

Get your tires rebalanced... Could be as simple as that

Are the new wheels hub or lug centric?

The new wheels are lug concentric. Tires have been balanced 2 times. I plan to try a 3rd time at a different shop as well.

Hitch and wiring, aux back-up light, rear strobe lights, radio and underseat sub.
The front, driver's side needle bearing. It is a crappy design, and fails regularly, sometimes taking the diff with it.
East Coast Gear Supply makes a replacement sleeve for it. There's a video on their page. It's easy to do. If you're in my area, I have the tools to do it.

To check the CV, push it up and down, to check for slop. There should be none.

The wheels need to be hub centric.

First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
X2. This article explains it and how lug centric can cause vibrations..

Put hub centric rings in still have issue I think I am going to replace the front diff bearing and left CV axle as it has a great amount of play at the diff

2011SDTacoma, you said that the vibration came after the new wheels. Tacos are ultra-sensitive to getting correct balance. If you still have the OEM wheels you will notice that the center bore of the wheel grabs the hub pretty snugly. Toy OEM wheels are hub-centric and any variation off center...even a very little...will give you this problem. Hub centering rings can help but they are often plastic or aluminum and can deform.

IMHO spend your time locating a place that specifically has the Haweka adapter, per the Toyota TSB, and a Hunter road force balancing machine. To get proper balance you must exactly mimic the way the tire mounts on the balance machine to the way it mounts on your truck. Otherwise it is pretty much meaningless. This is where the the adapter and a decent technician come in. Without both if you get proper balance it is because you got lucky.

The tires were road force balanced but not sure they were using an adp to be the same as hubs on the truck
