Ok so I just received my 1" lift/level front end kit from Fat Bobs garage and the first thing I noticed was that they measure 1/2. I called them up to tell them they shipped the wrong part and there response was that on the 2013 Tacoma a 1/2 spacer will yield 1" of lift. Is this correct or are they full of it?

This is the kit I ordered.

Your moving the middle of lower control arm down 1/2 inch. This moves the end of the control arm (where the wheel is attached) down one inch.

I know there is some controversy with using spacer blocks on the front but from what I've read is that most of these are kits that are going 2" or better.

Do you fell there will be a issue with only a 1" lift?

You'll be okay. You might feel a difference in the ride.
