How thick is that one? Based on you sig pic it looks like you are running an ARB. If it is .75" thick you will have greatly reduced angle pulling power because the rope will make contact with the side of the bumper recess and shred.

I just worked with a company in Kansas and they created 1.5" thick off set AL fairleads. I am testing one now but they have 4 on Amazon for sale right now. With the 1.5" thick one I get up to 43 degrees of angle pull. Really we need a 2" but in speaking with them the cost is a bit too much. Here is the link to the one I have right now:

Thanks man. The company I am working with plans to produce the 1.5" which is plenty for me. They are a great company and this offset hawse will fit the major Toyota's with an ARB.

 

These are both for sale if anyone is interested.

 

LOL B Mo has nothing on DC traffic wise. When went to pick my son from school at 2:15 today the outer loop of the DC beltway was 4 lanes of crawling traffic from Just before route 50 all the way to route 4 where I get off to pick up my son. That would be a decent hour back up 2 hours before rush hour. I took the back way home from picking up my son.

Just wanted to show you what the 1.5" looks like on and the amount of angle you can get. I measured it at 43 degrees.
