During the winter when I turned on my heater I heard a noise when I would activate the air intake selector. Now that it is getting hot outside I want to run my AC with recirculated air as it is much cooler so I figured I should take it in and have it checked out. After about an hour of looking it over the dealership told me that the “servo sub-assembly damper” is going out and was causing the noise. They quoted me $850 for labor to install a new one. I went ahead and picked up a new one and am now looking for a tutorial on how to replace/install the thing myself.

    Any help would be appreciated!
