High mount break and bed light combo?

The Tacoma is my fourth truck and the only one that does not have a light for the bed . My other trucks had the high break light with a bed light all in one, when the drivers side door was open the bed illuminated.

I have been looking thru the FAQs in the lighting section for a while with no luck. Does such a device exist or can be fabricated ?

I do not wish to install separate LEDs for the bed. I was thinking of lights within the mount of the high break light situated behind your head. Essentially one fixture(the factory break light) two purposes.
