First off let me apologize in advance because the truck in question is a Ford(I know don't hate me). We have a 2010 F-150 with a 6" suspension lift, with 6" rear blocks. We want to tow a camper with this truck and I would like to set up the rear suspension a little different. My plan is to eliminate the rear blocks with a shackle flip, and possibly add one leaf per pack for a little more stiffness in the suspension. Is this a dumb idea or should it work fine? Also, I may add a rear anti-sway bar as well. I appreciate any advice you guys have. Thanks.

Not sure, I'm not familiar with the F150 set-up. What do the guys on the Ford forum think?

Nobody else seems to have to same set up. I guess my main concern is will the shackle flip hold up?

    A few bolts are different.
Skip the shackle flip and get a leaf pack made for the 6" lift.

6" blocks?! That's a big fuckin block! If I'm not mistaken, they make shackle flip kits, but if you're into doing things the right way, I'd do this:

I've considered running a leaf pack for a 6" lift. How stiff will that make the ride?

shackle flip will make the rear sway more - NOT good for towing, body roll, or emergency turns.
