Hey All, First post but I have been lurking and learning here for a while. Ready to let go of my F150 FX4 so I ordered a MGM '14 DC TRD Off Road and it should arrive within the next few days. Really excited and very impatient at this point.

I have already started ordering parts for the truck and it's not even in my garage yet. I have nerf bars, bull bar, skid plate, speakers/amp etc, shorty antenna, TRD emblems, bed mat, bed extender, LED lights for the interior and some exterior, and maybe more I can't think of right now. Farkling is an addiction!

Anyways I have a couple of questions before I get to my next purchases

    1. Probably a silly question but are the stock Bilstein's adjustable?

    2. I don't want to lift the truck much and really just want to level it out. Planning on getting 5100's for the front and set to 1.75 which I learned from TW members. If I go with a 17x9 rim what is the largest size tire can I squeeze in with no rubbing?

    3. Are there any cons to putting lineX on my rear bumper? I am not going to leave a chrome bumper on this truck so it's gotta go.

    Thanks -JJ

    1) No
    2) 275/70/17. Very few tires that size...more popular is 265/70/17
    3) Not really. I've heard that mud can stain it over time. A lot of guys here just plastidip the rear bumper. Easy/cheap to fix if it scratches...easy to remove I If you sell the truck. You could probably take it to a shop and have it sanded and powder coated too, which would be nicer than the line-x and not too much more $.

I can dig it. I think 255/80/17 is the best set up.

    Thanks
