    this is my 2nd tension belt... but I just saw it today.. is all brown up... looks like rust? Cause by too much heat maybe??

    you guys think I should get it changed?

    For some reasons, the bolts and screws in the engine depart is all rusted up...
    and the pulley is brown looking also... but is not making any noises like that belt noise.. and all
